In the past TCPOA has published an annual Yearbook. However, we determined that the amount of work and time required to annually publish the yearbook was too much for a volunteer organization with limited human resources such as TCPOA. We therefore decided to rebuild the TCPOA website, and in doing so we have attempted to include most of the information that was available in the Yearbook on this site.

The password protected, Members Login area includes features such as the TCPOA Directory, North Abaco Phone Directory, a managed Calendar with all upcoming events, a page of website links, a listing of current Board Members, the minutes of last year’s Annual General Meeting and the Image Gallery featuring interesting photos, Bridge scores and other notices.

The Treasure Cay Property Owners Association (TCPOA) is a volunteer non profit organization that represents all property owners, whether permanent residents, or second homeowners, in Treasure Cay. Our membership fees are a major source of our income. This income is required to, among other things, maintain the Community Office, including our full time Administrator, which delivers the accounting, communications and IT support for many of the non profit Treasure Cay organizations.

We cordially invite all residents of Treasure Cay to become members of TCPOA. There is no better feeling than having a direct impact on the decisions made today, that will affect Treasure Cay tomorrow, and into the future. To join TCPOA, and have a "Voice in Our Community", please complete and return our Membership Application with a check in the amount of $100.00 for the yearly dues. Once your application and dues are received you will be issued the login information required for the “Members Only” area.
